Your retreat. Fully handled.

You teach. We take care of the rest.

01

You bring the expertise

Your methodology. Your programme. The community of people who trust you to deliver something that changes them.

You’ve spent years building that trust. This is where you honour it.

Your pricing, your marketing, your vision for what this retreat becomes - that’s entirely yours. We don’t prescribe how you work. We build around it.

02

We provide the space

22 ensuite rooms across stone cottages, huts, and guestrooms - designed for rest, reflection, and the kind of sleep that makes the next morning’s session land differently.

The Roundhouse: a dedicated practice space built for your work, nothing else. Three chef-prepared meals daily, every dietary requirement handled without a single question to you.

Saunas, cold plunges, soak baths, hot tub - included. Six acres of Glendalough Valley on the doorstep.

03

We handle the rest

Set-up, turnover, and on-site service throughout your retreat. Off-site experiences on request - guided hikes through the valley, therapist-led treatments, massage, transfers.

Your guests’ day-to-day questions, answered. Their practical needs, managed. So the only time you’re interrupted is when someone wants to thank you.

Stone and timber set into a Wicklow hillside.
Private hot tubs, soak baths and saunas, nourishing chef-crafted meals, with The Roundhouse at the centre of it all.

Why Ireland, for a US-led retreat.

Mystical without the baggage.

Glendalough has been a place of pilgrimage and contemplation for fourteen hundred years. The spiritual register is real, ancient, and culturally yours to engage with - no appropriation conversations to have.

The climate suits the work.

Cool air, soft light, mist, fires. A different sensory palette to a beach retreat. Better suited to introspective practice - breathwork, somatic work, deeper meditation. Your guests slow down whether they planned to or not.

The logistics don’t fight you.

English-speaking. Euro. Direct flights from twelve US cities into Dublin. Sixty minutes from airport to property. No domestic connection. No four-hour transfer eating day one.

Pricing, with no surprises.

Most venues won’t show numbers until call three.
Single Room, midweek

Minimum nightly room revenue: €2,250. Roughly twelve singles, fewer with twins. Most facilitators clear it on the first eight registrations.

€500 holds a date. €4,000 due four months out. The balance is paid as your guests pay you. No commission on your tickets.

Questions facilitators ask.

How far in advance should I book?

Most book 6–12 months out. 2026 is committed. 2027 is roughly half-held. Mid-week and shoulder months open up first.

No. We charge for rooms and food. What you charge your community is yours.

Yes. Co-leads, sound healers, a chef for one evening - all welcome.

Off-site activities - guided hikes, distillery visits, transfers - arranged separately at cost if you want them.

2027

is filling

Most dates go to facilitators we’ve worked with before. There’s still room for a few new ones.

How many you can bring

Twenty-two ensuite rooms, roughly twelve of them singles. Twin them and the same site takes more people at a lower cost per head.

Smaller groups take the whole site anyway. There is no one else here.

Bring a co-lead, an assistant, a second teacher. Tell us when you enquire and we will sort their room.

Getting here

Dublin Airport to our gate: about 60 minutes.

From the US east coast most groups fly overnight and land in the morning. From London, Manchester or Bristol it is a short hop and you keep the same working day.

No visa for US, UK or EU passports. No language barrier. Euro, so there is no third currency to explain to your guests.

We do not run airport transfers ourselves. Most groups book one coach and meet a single flight. Send us the flight numbers and we will help you plan around them.

Check in from 3pm. Check out by 11am. We have no night reception, so tell us your arrival time and someone will be waiting.

What a week looks like

Five nights, arriving Saturday.

Saturday: arrive from 3pm, settle, open the circle, eat together. Sunday to Wednesday: morning practice in The Roundhouse, breakfast, the middle of the day open, an afternoon session, dinner. Thursday: close, then out by 11am.

Seven nights buys you a full day out. The upper lake at Glendalough. The Wicklow Way, which starts at the door. Or a day away from the valley entirely.

The Roundhouse is yours for the week. So are the saunas, the cold plunges and the soak baths.

You decide what goes in the middle of the day. Most facilitators leave it open. That is usually the part guests talk about afterwards.

Filling your retreat

What you charge is yours. We take no commission on your tickets.

Your retreat can be listed on our retreats page and on our Retreat Guru profile, where 88 reviews already sit.

Holding a date

€500 holds it.

€4,000 four months out. The balance as your guests register.

You allocate the rooms. Send us the list ahead of arrival and it will be set up before anyone gets here.

Food, and what is in the rooms

Three meals a day, cooked here.

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free. Allergies. Send us the list when you confirm numbers and it is handled, not accommodated grudgingly.

A welcome hamper on arrival: our own granola, fruit compote, brown bread, juice. Coffee and a selection of teas in every unit.

Private dining for groups over eight. Homemade pizzas if you order ahead.

Complimentary wifi throughout. Two EV charging points. Electric bikes at €50 a day.

No air conditioning, because of what we are. Rooms sit between 19 and 21 degrees and every window opens.

Laundry washed on site on request, whites and colours separated.
